Kelta Blockchain Platform Will Host SLOBLOCO Crypto Congress In Slovakia
The coronavirus pandemic resulted in shutdowns and disruptions of the global economy. Events were canceled as healthcare experts advised on ways to curb the spread of the virus. Now, things seem to be getting back to normalcy. As the crypto event sector gradually begins to recover, Slovakia leads the way with SLOBLOCO.
SLOBLOCO is a blockchain congress that is organized by the mining platform Kelta. This event is scheduled to happen near Bratislava between November 16 and 18, 2020. Slovakia is one of the European countries that has recorded the lowest incidents of COVID-19.
For some time now, the price action in the crypto markets appears to be majorly influenced by the stock market. However, bitcoin (BTC) and several other major cryptos seem to be decoupling from the traditional markets especially in these times of the global health crisis.
With a lot happening in the crypto space, leaders and experts within this space feel it is necessary to meet and exchange ideas on the way forward for the growth and mass adoption of the nascent industry. But, this time around, most participants will attend virtually.
The SLOBLOCO event will be brought to the public by the Kelta Cube blockchain investment platform. Kelta is the first multi-crypto mining platform available in the current market. It lets users lease hash power from its data centers to mine up to four cryptos concurrently. Kelta is known to help miners generate a stable passive income of up to 135%.
Official reports indicate that this system is designed to provide all the benefits that come with crypto mining but without the maintenance costs. Today, Kelta says that it has over 6,500 users who have cumulatively mined at least 100,000 ETH since 2017.
This live-streamed event will congregate around 50,000 online and offline participants from around the world. Organizers say that the event will be held at the X-BIONIC® Sphere Resort which is an ambient and luxurious space located about 30 minutes from Bratislava.
The primary theme of the congress is the utilization of blockchain technology in daily lives and businesses. The food and pharmaceutical industries are some of the major sectors that are incorporating blockchain in many of their operations. Speakers and guests at this event are set to discuss various aspects ranging from security, taxation, to legal issues in blockchain wallets, trading, and crypto ATMs.
Organizers have partnered with various firms and experts to ensure that the event is a success. They also want to reach out to as many people as they can in different sectors of the global economy. Some of the notable partners include a biotech company that is developing the first independent coronavirus vaccine, Covidax.
Lyra is another partner to SLOBLOCO. Lyra is a premium chocolate brand that is known to use blockchain to monitor its production processes. A fast-paced feature film about crypto trading, Crypto Heads, and the manufacturer of the most affordable Bitcoin ATMs, Lamassu Bitcoin Ventures, are the other partners.
The last officially confirmed partner to the event is Marble Cards which is a platform for developing and trading distinct collectible ERC20 tokens based on real URLs. This event’s program comprises of an opening movie night. The movie session will show team-building activities, Crypto Heads, competitions with valuable prizes, and workshops where guests will get a chance to meet with speakers in small groups.
Participants will learn more about the speakers’ products and services. Among the speakers is a former Slovakian minister of finance.
SLOBLOCO will feature some of the notable Central European experts on finance, blockchain, and business. The former Slovakian deputy prime minister and minister of finance, Ivan Miklos, will discuss the problems and opportunities that come with the pandemic. The founder of the Swiss consulting firm bardicredit GmbH, George Salapa, will speak about the independent coronavirus vaccine that was crowdfunded using blockchain.
Other speakers include the founder and CEO of Kelta Cube, George Mac, and Ina Beckova who is an expert on crypto trading and mining income taxation.
