FutsterIn the game, which is structured in blockchain technology, users collect cards of great athletes and clubs from Brazil, as well as fictional ones, and can build teams, play matches and participate in championships, besides trading cards and accessories in a marketplace. Each victory generates rewards for the player, such as game tokens and new cards. Futster is negotiating the official participation of some of Brazil’s most important clubs and athletes in the game. Those who purchase one of the 1,000 units of the Genesis Pass, which will be available starting Wednesday, will join the select group of original Futster players and will have several advantages in the ecosystem, such as access to pre-sales, token boosts, discounts, rare items, special cards, priority in releases, and airdrops. The owners of these passes will also be part of a community, will have a voice in decisions and a dedicated channel on Discord, win gifts, and participate in raffles, meetings, and closed tournaments. The game will be available to the general public in the coming months and will have recurring updates. The game was inspired by the Brazilian and worldwide passion for football and collectible sticker albums, allowing users to build strategies and be rewarded for good performance in the game. The athletes collectible cards reveal unique behavioral traits and their statistics, which influence the team’s performance. It is up to the Futster player to make the best combinations of athletes to build their teams, considering that the matches are played by artificial intelligence, with moves based on combinations of skills and characteristics of each athlete.Among the co-founders, consultants, and partners of Futster, are important names in technology and the crypto market, such as Bruno Natal (creative director of Futster and host of the podcastRESUMIDO); Fernando Carvalho (CEO of QR Capital); Ivan Duffles (CEO of Campus Studio); Luiz Rodolfo A. Ryff (strategic consultant); and Leo Kaplan (Futster’s CTO). In addition, the project has partnerships with Gazeus Games, the largest Brazilian casual games developer; Foxbit, one of the largest crypto exchanges in the country; and Blockchain Studio, an Investtools company for developing blockchain solutions.Futster’s executive producer, Ivan Duffles, explains the game’s dynamic:Gamers can earn tokens by winning soccer matches, performing well in competitions, finishing missions and achievements, reaching high positions on the leaderboard, and completing the various collections available. Above all, the goal is for players to have fun and get involved in a game that escapes predictability due to the number of variables involved in every aspect. For example, there is not a single card for each athlete; there are several, different from each other, and able to change levels according to the achievements of its holder.NFT cards and Futster tokens are generated in Polygon, a second layer on the Ethereum network that ensures scalability and efficiency to transactions, without compromising the security anddecentralization of the blockchain. The tokens follow the ERC-721 and ERC-20 standard, so they are secure and easily transacted.Bruno Natal, Futster’s creative director, defends the relevance of the project in the Brazilian market:We are finally launching Futster to revolutionize football manager-style games. We managed to design a game that appeals both to the collectible aspect, of each one wanting to have cool and rare cards from the Futster universe, and to the strategy and integration that move the competitions in games. To learn more about the game visit:https://futster.io/
