Small-cap tokens and tokenized security offers are bad investments. They have adverse selection (good deals aren’t distributed) and allowing them to trade just drives the price down due to lack of bidders on small caps.

Achieve the dream of tokenization (securitized access to small-cap assets) by acquiring stakes in good investments from professional lead investors, and rolling them up into much bigger Unbundled Funds.

What is the single most important message you want to pass across to the audience and to the world concerning cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology?

Blockchains and blockchain communities are going back their origin as a specialized tool for Decentralized Finance – removing banks as a central counterparty and transacting directly peer to peer.

In the area of specialization that you covered at the CIS, what is the greatest challenge faced currently?

The greatest challenge for me is getting the general public and companies to use virtual items in their everyday lives.

What solutions can be proffered to these challenges?

A simple solution can be a CIS standard for virtual items and a few partnered wallets that are recognized. My company ADOR has a great solution for standards with virtual items, we are a pre-seed start up that would love a few angels to invest for us to build out our platform.

What is the single most important message you want to pass across to the audience and to the world concerning cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology?

The message I want to convey is that cryptocurrency is simple to use, and can be used today. Also that blockchain technology should be an extension of your current business model. Which can be used for audience engagement, decentralization, incentives, marketing and more!

Cryptocurrency is not about the ups and downs of the digital currency market; it’s not even about a new unit of exchange to replace the dollar, the euro or the yen. It’s about freeing people from the tyranny of centralized trust.

Blockchain in Enterprise: The greatest challenge is acceleration of the projects across the leading verticals (Supply chain, Finance, Environment, eGovernance) and the lack of technical leadership within the IT&Ops organizations (due to decades of outsourcing) to lead the business process change.

What solutions can be proffered to these challenges?

Starting with smaller scale proof of concept (PoC) solutions in partnership with other in the industry vertical instead of trying to do it alone and testing the idea instead of trying to design for massive scaling and not being able to secure the development budget for the project.

What is the single most important message you want to pass across to the audience and to the world concerning cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology?

Within next 3-5 years, business process change enabled by blockchain technology will change the way you will conduct the business in a similar way Internet and e-commerce did in 1990s. You have a chance to embrace the change or be ignorant and risk that you may be impacted by it.

Inevitably the blockchain space will touch practically every tech vertical and delivery benefits that aren’t even yet known or understood.

In the area of specialization that you covered at the CIS, what is the greatest challenge faced currently?

With regards to the digital asset ecosystem, the technological pieces are in largely place, now it’s just a matter of architecting business models and products that expand access rather than inhibit and gatekeep. A lot of effort will be focused over the next 12-24 months to put this technology in the hands of the common user, which includes building interfaces and workflows that are linear, integrated, and intuitive.

What solutions can be proffered to these challenges?

You’re already seeing technology companies work with financial institutions and professionals to understand how the technology will actually fit into existing lines of business. Multidisciplinary cooperation is imperative at this point.

What is the single most important message you want to pass across to the audience and to the world concerning cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology?

We are hardly in endstages with this technology, and it will require significant financial industry input and mutual benefit to deploy at scale.
